Covid-19 Update:

Greetings,

Karri and I hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather and the great job Vermonters are doing to make a difference as we take care of ourselves and each other.  As a result, as of June 1, 2021 the door to the Somaworks building facing the parking lot will be open.  We request anyone entering the building have an appointment, wear a mask, and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry.  The front door of the building will remain locked.

  • Please do not come in and please cancel your appointment if you feel sick.
  • Masks are required in community spaces and social distance as able.  Please be aware that we share the building with a variety of wonderful practitioners.
  • Please arrive on time and feel free to wait in the waiting room and Dr. Karen will come out to get you shortly.

All of our collective awareness and consideration is deeply appreciated.

Telemedicine visits will continue to be available as necessary and as needed. Please let us know if you prefer a telemedicine or in-office visit.

Dr. Karen continues to offer in-office acupuncture visits, preventative health and wellness visits, Biofield Tuning sessions, Bengston Method, Frequency Specific Microcurrent and Craniosacral sessions. Please be aware that if the need arises Dr. Karen is able to do Biofield Tuning sessions and the Bengston Method via telemedicine or phone consultation.

Our present office policy:

Due to the fact we are a very small practice, we do not have the facilities required and necessary to manage high risk Covid 19 patients and will not be able to see these patients.  Also due to this reason, we are not seeing any people with infectious respiratory symptoms in the office.

NMV will still be maintaining the following protocols:

  • We will be spacing out visits so that ideally only one patient is in the office at a time.  We request that you schedule any visits to the office and do not just “stop by”.
  • We require masks for all who enter – vaccinated or not – and we require you to wash your hands before coming into the office.
  • We will have hand sanitizers in each room.
  • We request, as able, maintaining social distancing.

We  are impressed and honored to be part of this community.  We are in this for the long haul. Taking care of ourselves and each other is a journey, not a destination, especially as we enter this next iteration of being able to engage and interact with each other.

We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and our community, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 802-388-6250.

Take good care –

From your team at Natural Medicine of Vermont,

Karen and Karri
